We don’t know about you, but we love keeping an eye on the royal family’s Instagram accounts. This week it was Meghan Markle’s super cute Elephant Day post on the official Sussex Royal account which had us getting jewellery envy.
It’s not the first time the Duchess’ stand out jewellery choices have inspired us with some of her fave designs including iconic initial necklaces, her standout engagement ring and Princess Diana’s aquamarine cocktail ring.
This time it was in her latest Instagram post dedicated to World Elephant Day where the couple shared unseen pictures of their trip to Botswana back in 2017. In a close up picture with one of the gentle giants, Meghan’s iconic Hamsa ring really caught our eye!
What does Hamsa mean?
The Hamsa or Hand of Fatima is an ancient symbol which brings the wearer protection. Believed to bring good luck and protection from harm, it is worn to symbolise goodness, abundance, luck and good health.
